The 400ml is ideal for siting in training / changing rooms, etc, whilst the 150ml size is ideal to fit in smaller kitbags, where space is quite often limited.

Please note the 400ml (16oz) sports freeze spray is supplied boxed in 12's and the 150ml (2oz) is supplied boxed in 24's .
